Flow CityPrivacy Policy
1. What Flow City is
Flow City is a casual puzzle game. It does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
2. Data processed by the game itself
- Game progress and settings are stored only on your device (local save file). You can delete them at any time via Settings → Delete local data or by uninstalling the app.
- Purchases: purchase entitlements are stored locally and processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
3. Third-party services
The app includes the following SDKs. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Consent and your choices
- EU/EEA/UK and US state residents: before personalized ads are shown you are asked for consent through Google's consent management platform (UMP). You can change your choice any time via Settings → Ad preferences.
- iOS: the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission only after you have played a few levels. Declining does not affect gameplay.
- The Remove Ads purchase disables interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain optional.
- Notifications: a single optional daily reminder, toggled in Settings.
5. Children
Flow City is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local data lives on your device until you delete it. Analytics and crash data are retained by Google/Firebase according to its retention settings (up to 14 months). To request deletion of data associated with your device identifiers, contact hello@coachon.ai.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) by the SDKs listed above.
8. Changes
We will update this policy when the app's data practices change and revise the effective date above.
